At Zakhor, we want every experience to feel perfect β€” from the moment your candle arrives to the first time you light it.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with packaging issues. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right.

However, due to the intimate and sensory nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any candle that has been opened, used, or lit β€” including any visible burn marks, melted wax, or removed seals.

All returned items must be:

  • Unused and unlit

  • In original packaging and condition

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
